Credit Controller
A dynamic and forward-thinking medium size firm based in Brentford (West London) is looking for a Credit Controller to join a rapidly expanding and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious candidates looking to further advance their knowledge, skillset, and experience.

The ideal candidate would be an ambitious and driven individual.
The role will be based remotely in Pakistan having the benefit of working from home!.
Duties and Responsibilities.
The role of the Credit Controller will be required to do,
- ensure customer payments are received in accordance with account terms
- regularly review and update existing Credit Limits & Payment Terms offered
- regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email, and letter
- respond promptly to customer queries, copy invoices, and credit note requests
- reconcile customer accounts as and when necessary
- maintain accurate customer contact details
- liaise with our debt recovery company (update portal when required)
- prepare reports as required
Job Requirements
- preferred 1- 2 years experience in a similar role
- preferred to have a finance-related degree
- must have excellent English written and verbal communication.
- have great confidence when dealing with clients regarding unpaid payments.
- the ability to keep calm under pressure
- excellent problem-solving skills for timely and efficient resolution of invoice queries.
- strong IT skills.
- good numeracy skills.
- knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
What is on offer?
- full time working hours Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5.30 PM UK Time
- 22 days holiday per annum plus normal UK statutory bank holidays.
- Salary PK Rs 60,000 – PK Rs 100,000 (Depending on Experience)
